Best Starter Chosen by Western League Sunday, September 1st, 2019 In August, Tim Tracy tore through the Western League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 23 years old. The young Chunichi (Ni-Gun) starter posted a 4-2 mark and an ERA of 3.00 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 33 innings he collected 33 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .299 average. On the year Tracy has compiled a 13-9 mark with a 4.22 ERA. |
