Cowboys Barker FR2 Hitter of the Week Monday, June 28th, 2021 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the FBLOD Rookie League 2, but last week Pete Barker of the Wayne Heights Cowboys reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Barker rocked opposing pitching for a .370 average (10-for-27), 4 home runs and 14 RBIs to come away with the award. Barker's current batting average stands at .281 and he has chalked up 8 home runs and 34 RBIs. |
