Boomers Win World Series Crown Thursday, November 6th, 2025 It was a hard-fought battle for both teams to make it this far. But as the saying goes, "to the victors go the spoils." For the victorious New Vegas Boomers, that meant the Fantasy Baseball League of Doom World Series trophy. The Boomers took a 4-2 victory over the Batavia Muckdogs at Wrigley Field, winning their 1st championship after taking the series 4-2. "We've got grit," said Boomers shortstop Tim Walter, who was named MVP of the series. "We know how to win when we have to."
