Speaking to the press after his record-breaking game Devia said, "Hitting a baseball is a God-given talent. I'm just thankful He blessed me."
Jorge Devia singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and doubled in the 8th.
In his season totals, Devia has 6 home runs, .330 BA, .344 OBP, 73 RBIs and 109 runs scored. He has played in 152 games.
