Neptune Devastated by Playoff Elimination Thursday, October 9th, 2025 Tony Demchak, the manager of the Neptune Fighting Penguins, said his players are "devastated" to have missed the playoffs. Today it became official -- the club has run out of games and was mathematically eliminated from qualifying. Before this season, the Fighting Penguins last missed the playoffs in 2023.
