Red-Hot Rizzo Scorches Moon Men Sunday, June 28th, 2015 Today at Citizens Bank Park, the Comeback Kings fell to the Space City Moon Men despite a splendid performance by first baseman Anthony Rizzo. He had an exceptional day at the plate, tagging Moon Men pitching for 5 base hits, but not enough to come away with a win. Space City whipped Comeback by the score of 4-2. Anthony Rizzo singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. This year Rizzo is batting .246 with 11 home runs and 29 RBIs. In 64 games he has scored 29 times. |
