Trout Day-to-Day with Injury Monday, September 23rd, 2019 The Space City Moon Men said it will be up to center fielder Mike Trout whether he plays or not. He suffered a day-to-day injury in yesterday's game against the Charlotte Royals and could be missing a few games. Trout was hurt while making a defensive play and sustained a mild hamstring strain. Team doctors told him it could up to 2 weeks before he heals completely. This season Trout is batting .321 with 191 hits, 20 home runs, 87 RBIs, 99 walks, .418 OBP and has scored 117 runs. He has played in 154 games. |
