Giants Nick White Will Miss Season Sunday, July 5th, 2020 When Yomiuri (Ni-Gun) reliever Nick White was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Giants-Fighters game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that White had sustained a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for about 13 months. To this point in the season he has had no saves. White has made 12 relief appearances, tossed 39 innings and struck out 28 with a record of 1 win and 5 losses. |
