Donkey Riders Losing Streak at 5 After Extra-Inning Loss to Fighting Penguins
The Neptune Fighting Penguins got a magnificent performance from pitcher A.J. Cole, who muffled the Canadien offense en route to a tight 2-1 Fighting Penguins win at The Igloo. Neptune reliever Manny Parra picked up the win, upping his record to 7-1. Aroldis Chapman shouldered the loss. Canadien has now lost 5 consecutive games.

The Fighting Penguins got a big at-bat from catcher Joey Morgan. For the game, Morgan was 1-1. In the bottom of the 11th, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 20th hit of the season gave Neptune a 2-1 lead.

"A.J. was throwing free and easy," said Neptune manager Tony Demchak.
