Illuminati Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Weresloths

The Illuminati had to overcome a fine performance from Deathland pitcher Chris Sale to grab a 2-1 win at Castel Sant'Angelo. Sale allowed 2 earned runs over 8.1 innings. Atlantic City reliever Turner Larkins was the winner. His record is now 5-0. Chris Sale took the loss. The Illuminati bumped their record to 61-52 with this latest triumph.
The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Atlantic City trailing 1-0, Amed Rosario hit a fastball from Chris Sale to right for a 2-run double. Just like that, the Illuminati had a walk-off win.
