Pittsburgh right-hander Eric Hankins made an effective start against the Deathland Weresloths at PNC Park, leading his team to a 5-4 win. Evan Marshall picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 4-7. Alex Claudio was tagged with the loss. Pittsburgh leads the Ellering League Heidenreich Division by 8 games.

The Alleghenys got a big at-bat from left fielder Manny Sanchez. For the game, Sanchez was 1 for 3 with a double. In the bottom of the 13th, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 27th double of the season gave Pittsburgh a 5-4 lead.
