Multi-HR Game for Seager in 6-4 Win
|
Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Corey Seager, the Deathland Weresloths defeated the New Vegas Boomers, 6-4. Seager went 2-3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Weresloths. Nicholas Storz got credit for the win, improving to 2-1. He allowed 4 runs on 5 hits in 6 innings. Deathland, now 6-4, has gotten their season off to a good start.
Seager had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the top of the fifth inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Weresloths went on to win.
"Feels good to get the job done," Seager said after the game.
