Deathland starter Chris Sale pitched effectively against the Canadien Donkey Riders at Turner Field. The left-hander led his team to a 7-4 win. Deathland reliever Garrett Cleavinger picked up the win, upping his record to 2-2. Ricardo Sanchez absorbed the loss. The Weresloths own a robust 62-36 mark.

Deathland took a 7-4 lead on Felix Munoz's 22nd home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Canadien pitcher Marcos Molina in the bottom of the seventh.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Munoz told the Deathland Daily. "It's as simple as that."
