Marcell Ozuna left his imprint on the 7-1 Atlantic City win against the Batavia Muckdogs. Ozuna, who is tied for 4th in the EL in doubles with 26, went 3 for 4 with a triple, a double, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Zack Wheeler, credited with the win, is now 7-5. He allowed 1 run on 5 hits in 6 innings. Eduardo Rodriguez was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 2 of 5 save opportunities.
Ozuna had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the fourth inning, when he hit a bases-clearing triple. The Illuminati went on to win.
