Spellborough beat Berkeley on the strength of starter Drew Smyly's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a 5-3 win. The second-place Wizards now have a 8-game winning streak.

Zack Prajzner, who is rated as the 55th best prospect by BNN, aided the Spellborough cause with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the second. For the game, the shortstop went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"Slowly but surely, the wins are piling up," said Prajzner.
