Weresloths Lose, 4-2, at Black Cats Ballpark

Philadelphia Black Cats starter Ryley Gilliam was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Deathland Weresloths, 4-2. Aroldis Chapman converted his 19th save in 20 tries. Philadelphia now sits in 6th place in the Ellering League Animal Division at 26-30.
In the bottom of the 6th, center fielder D.J. Wilson gave Philadelphia the lead when he hit a bases-clearing double. The Black Cats had been trailing 2-1, but the two-out double off Deathland pitcher Chris Sale changed that -- and Philadelphia went on to win.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Gilliam told the Philadelphia Daily News.
