Devia Helps Alleghenys Run Win Streak to 3
|
Jorge Devia helped his team muscle past the Neptune Fighting Penguins, 8-4. In the game, the Pittsburgh first baseman was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. Jackson Kowar got the win, improving to 4-3. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 4 hits and 3 runs, while striking out 9 and walking 2. Pittsburgh now has a 3-game win streak.
