Fans who gathered at Chase Field saw a good contest between the Canadien Donkey Riders and Charlotte Royals.

Canadien starter Adam Conley pitched effectively against the Charlotte Royals at Chase Field. The left-hander led his team to a 6-4 win. Aroldis Chapman, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 7th save.

The Donkey Riders got a big at-bat from left fielder Brett Phillips. For the game, Phillips went 3-4 with 2 doubles. In the top of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 3rd double of the season gave Canadien a 3-2 lead.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Phillips.

Losses have been rare for the Royals, who are now 16-6.
