The Atlantic City Illuminati and Canadien Donkey Riders completed their game despite the inclement weather.
Atlantic City Illuminati starter Julio Urias was in fine form against the Canadien Donkey Riders at Castel Sant'Angelo, leading his team to a 4-2 win. In 5.1 innings, Urias surrendered 2 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. Craig Kimbrel was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 24 of 29 save opportunities.
Matt McPhearson was 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for Atlantic City. The 27-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the second. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Sean Newcomb. It was his 53rd RBI of the season.
